RingPlan, a startup telecommunications company, faced the challenge of increasing sales and brand awareness. The team addressed this challenge by conducting market and industry research using databases such as IBISWorld, First Research, Mergent Online, and search engine optimization. The team's final recommendations to RingPlan was to increase its social media presence and marketing campaigns.
