
San Diego Habitat for Humanity ReStore
Project Summary:
Habitat for Humanity ReStore San Diego has been experiencing a decrease in sales, due to the Covid-19 outbreak. The organization wanted to get a better understanding of its customer base to increase sales in-store & online. The team conducted industry and survey research, as well as analyzed its marketing strategy and the effectiveness of its newsletter & Fivestars app presence. The team delivered a social media audit & analysis, a map of purchases by location, a flow chart, and recommendations to effectively understand the target audience.
