Tifereth Israel Synagogue

Tifereth Israel Synagogue Team

Project Summary: 

Tifereth Synagogue Israel is the oldest conservative Jewish synagogue in San Diego that provides a large variety of services and events to over 343 members and the surrounding community. The team sought to understand the underlying reasons for the declining memberships and how to effectively use the new marketing plan to increase the membership and community numbers. Aside from the interviews and a survey, research was done to differentiate Tifereth to prevent the declining numbers in membership and membership dues.
