Project Summary: Al Sanchez is in the developing stages of 1arc Research Center International and asked the team to create a marketing plan for the organization. Through an in-depth situation analysis, the team was able to create buyer personas, SMART goals, pricing strategies, distribution strategies, promotion strategies and a financial plan for the products that will be offered at the 1arc Research Center.
