Project Summary: The team worked with Bertrand’s Music to develop a social media plan to increase in-store traffic and boost instrument rentals. A social media audit was conducted for Bertrand’s Music’s social media and its competitors’ social media to determine best practices. IBIS world and blogs helped with research to gain insights on the target persona and market. The team delivered a one-year content calendar with examples of posts that Bertrand’s Music can use on its platforms. Using this content calendar and examples will help increase engagements and rentals.
