Project Summary: Black San Diego desired a CRM system to gather information on marketing data, a KPI dashboard to view all key metrics in one place, and a marketing survey to determine who its customers are. The team researched and compared multiple CRM systems based on BSD’s needs and conducted a survey for Black San Diego supported businesses, as well as one for its customers. The team recommended and implemented a CRM system with a built-in KPI dashboard and created a tiered pricing system for BSD business members.
