Project Summary: CB Asian Bowls is a new restaurant that opened during the pandemic that offers take-out and delivery options only. The restaurant was losing money and needed a new strategy to attract and retain customers. The team conducted an in-depth industry and competitor analysis to identify the target market CB Asian Bowls should be marketing to. The final deliverables included a marketing plan and recommendations for CB Asian bowls to implement to boost its sales and exposure.
