Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF)
Project Summary: The Challenged Athletes Foundation asked the team to research prospective companies to partner with in the future. Over the last 13 weeks, the team performed three phases to complete the research. Phase one consisted of identifying prospects, phase two consisted of scoring prospect companies based on a variety of scoring tools, and phase three consisted of developing pitch material that will be beneficial to CAF in closing partnership deals with prospecting companies. At the end of the project, CAF received valuable information regarding prospective companies' mission, values, and the connections between the two organizations. This helped with the decision to pursue good partnerships for CAF, as well as the decision to not pursue a partnership with a prospect company.
