Project Summary: Citizens Hive is a student startup focused on transforming the senior care industry in a novel way. Through thorough customer discovery and identifying the target market, the validity of company’s value propositions was confirmed. The team conducted intensive research and created a go-to-market strategy for the startup company for its launch in August.
