Project Summary: The purpose of the project was to determine the feasibility of starting an online directory for commercial drone services. The team researched the current market size and prospective revenue streams based on existing industry research. The deliverables included a demand analysis, market analysis, competitor analysis, pricing strategy, financial plan, business plan, and other recommendations.
