Elmira College - Skills Sought by Employers
Project Summary: The team was assigned the task of surveying HR professionals across the United States, primarily those in fortune 500 companies, to determine the future of educational requirements for skilled workers. Using Qualtrics and LinkedIn, the team created, administered, and analyzed the survey. The final deliverable for Elmira college was a written report with recommendations on where to focus their educational efforts and funding in the future.
