Project Summary: Elmira College requested assistance in creating a multi-year communication and marketing plan to increase student enrollment and engagement. Objectives were developed by reviewing literature sources, interviewing experts, reviewing marketing survey results, media research, and evaluating the needs of multiple stakeholders. The recommendations included creative new deliveries for content using various social media platforms and a widely used AI powered communication app designed for higher education.
