Father Joe's Villages
Project Summary: Father Joe’s Villages was facing a decline in revenue in retail storefronts due to the lack of expansion, and its auto auctions division was suffering from a lack of car donations. The team conducted an employee survey, employee interviews, and an operational analysis to make recommendations on how to reduce costs and increase profit margins in Father Joe’s Villages Storefronts. The team also developed a marketing plan to increase customer awareness of the brand.
