Project Summary: The First Tee of the Coachella Valley was interested in a three-pronged project for their organization. Firstly, they requested the group to perform a SWOT analysis to highlight the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the organization. Secondly, they requested a marketing strategy that would help them reach more families in the Coachella valley and those in the local Spanish speaking community. Thirdly, they requested an operations strategy for a cost to build a new golf course east of Palm Desert, CA. This would also include projected operation costs for those facilities.
