Project Summary: The team completed frameworks to analyze internal aspects of the organization. The outcome of the frameworks allows Jocelyn Approach to determine shared values between the various stakeholders and the organization to create a value proposition. The team also delivered a SWOT analysis to determine areas of strengths and weaknesses in meeting the needs of stakeholders, as well as balanced scorecards for assessing the outcomes of the organization.
