San Diego North Economic Development Council
Project Summary: The team was tasked with assisting the San Diego North Economic Development Council in exploring additional ways for their council to better assist and support the local commercial real estate industry. In doing so, the SDNEDC is looking to offer additional services or products that will increase membership and revenue streams. The team conducted surveys and analyzed primary and secondary research to learn about the commercial real estate industry's needs and wants. Additionally, the team took a direct look into other Economic Development Councils' processes and products that are in similar capacity to the San Diego North Economic Development Council. The team delivered a marketing plan that included various recommendations for new services and modifications for current services.
