Project Summary: The San Marcos Promise sought to increase brand awareness while growing its alumni network. The team used social media data analysis tools to increase alumni membership, boost social media engagement, and further brand recognition. A marketing plan was created, in which the team delivered recommendations, including the introduction of alumni incentives, social media campaigns, developing partnerships, hiring a brand manager, and allocating a marketing budget.
