Project Summary: Tri-City Medical Center was interested in what strategies could be implemented to improve its online reputation across review sites. Research into leading hospitals in the country and their best practices was conducted to determine what how Tri-City can improve its reputation online. A marketing research report was provided with recommendations for actions Tri-City can take to improve its reputation.
