Corporate Recruiter, Infracore LLC
Hire CoBA Career Planning Coach

My name is Winona and I graduated from CSUSM in 2019. Before I found myself in recruiting and while I was in school, I was working for a retail company as the HR/Admin support where I gained some experience in talent acquisition. Shortly after I graduated, I worked for a staffing firm as a Recruiter and started my career in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting. There, is where I realized the passion I had for this role. I enjoy speaking to people and assisting them with finding the career path that aligns with their background and goals. Now, I work as a Corporate Recruiter for an IT company where I not only help the candidates with finding the right role for them but also contribute to the growth of the company.
