For the protection of student's right to privacy, the Registrar ensures the University's compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
If you, the student, wish to grant permission to release information from your academic record, submit an electronic Authorization to Release form through your student portal.
Read the information carefully and follow the instructions on the page to add or modify a third party designee.
Make sure to share the Access Code with your third party designee(s). The Office of the Registrar will not disclose any information if the third party is unable to provide the code.
