Order Transcripts

Due to the unprecedented events surrounding COVID-19, our Official Transcript Request submission and delivery method is slightly changing to continue assisting you with your transcript needs.

We highly suggest submitting your official transcript request via MyCSUSM. Until further notice, the Office of the Registrar will not be accommodating Student Pick Up requests. Official transcript requests received will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note: current delays to the mailing system may affect the delivery time of your official transcript.

If you have additional forms/attachments to be included with your official transcript, please use the paper Official Transcript Request Form and include your attachments when you email the form.

The online request form does not offer the option of holding your request for grades or degree conferral. If you desire to have a transcript sent after these dates, please submit the request at that time, or use the Official Transcript Request Form.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.

How to Print Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts are simply copied onto regular white paper and do not carry any type of official markings.  You can print unofficial transcripts from MyCSUSM by selecting the "Transcript: View Unofficial" option in the Academics drop down menu.

Incomplete requests will delay processing and may result in your request being returned. Please ensure that you have included all of the required information on the official Transcript Request form.

  • Your current legal name (and all prior names used while attending CSUSM)
  • Your full address and phone number
