Send Transcripts to CSUSM

Due to the unprecedented events surrounding COVID-19, the receipt and processing of transcripts may be delayed. For both paper and electronic transcripts received, please allow 5-7 business days for them to be processed and visible to Admissions Officers and other University personnel reviewing your transcripts. Application of transfer credit to your academic record will occur 1-2 weeks after it is made visible to University personnel.

High school transcripts: If your high school offers electronic delivery of official transcripts, this is preferred. If this is not available, please see the instructions below for having your transcripts mailed to CSUSM.

College transcripts: CSUSM requires electronic transcripts from the colleges/universities listed below

When ordering your transcript, please choose California State University San Marcos as the intended recipient from the school name dropdown.  If California State University San Marcos is not listed, please use transcripts@csusm.edu as the recipient email address.

If your school is not on the list below, refer to your college/s transcript ordering website for more information on available options to order official transcripts.

If your school does not offer electronic delivery, please request that your transcript be mailed in an envelope sealed by your school and addressed to:
