Fernanda Muniz

Dr. Fernanda Muniz

Dr. Muniz is an Assistant Professor of Marketing and received her Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of North Texas G. Brint Ryan College of Business.
Her research interests include Brand Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Cross-cultural and Global Marketing, and Consumer Behavior. Dr. Muniz is currently studying the role of Corporate Social Responsibility programs for brand building strategies. She is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English, and is particularly passionate about teaching branding and cross-cultural marketing.

Aaron Mcdonald

Dr. Aaron McDonald

Dr. McDonald has his PhD in Management from University of Oregon, his MA in Global Leadership and Sustainable Development from Hawaii Pacific University, and his BS in Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
His research is at the nexus of strategy, technology, and firms' impact on society. He also enjoys introducing new technology and big data analytics to management research. Aaron brings his global experience creating technology and market strategies for high-tech firms to the classroom to aid in developing students' understanding of strategy, regional differences in business, and negotiations.

Abigail Cherup

Dr. Abigail Nappier Cherup

Professor Nappier Cherup's research examines how diverse consumer groups and service providers experience and shape the marketplace. Her dissertation research explores the concept of safer market spaces from both the consumer and service provider perspectives.
Previously, Dr. Nappier Cherup received her Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where, in addition to conducting research, she taught classes on a variety of marketing topics including marketing principles, marketing research, marketing channels, and digital marketing. Prior to pursuing her Ph.D. in Marketing, she received her M.A. in Gender & Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and her B.A. in Anthropology from Western Michigan University. As a professional, she worked for several years in the non-profit sector for Communities In Schools of Kalamazoo, first as a Site Coordinator and then as the Director of Volunteer and Partner Services.
