Using Images and Videos in Qualtrics

Videos: If you embed a video in your Qualtrics form, it legally must have captions encoded before the form is active to users. Please contact the captioning service for assistance with this.

Images: If you use any images in your survey, they legally must have alternative text provided for them, which describes in words what the image displays.

• Log in to the Support Center
• Click "Sign in with SSO"
• Type in "CSUSM" for the organization name and log in with your campus information
• Select your support method - the chat feature is highly recommended!
