CSUSM, like all CSUs, are required to provide quality materials for students or online
viewers with specific needs. Ideally, all content posted after Fall 2012 should be compliant and there is a much needed push to fulfill this requirement within the campus. Failure
to create accessible materials on other campuses has resulted in lawsuits.
