Technology Order Request

To request new technology, please complete the Technology Order Request form below.

  • Once the request is submitted, IITS will review the request and provide a confirmation that a review has been completed.
  • The request will be routed for electronic signature (Adobe Sign) to the appropriate fiscal authority, Department Chair, MPP or VP as needed.

Technology purchases may require a review by IITS via the ITR process.  Items that do not require a formal IT review may be found on the IT Exclusions List.
