We are happy to offer Microsoft 365 to all active CSUSM students, faculty and staff. Office 365 allows you to work with many Microsoft applications from the Web and offers cloud storage. Faculty and staff are eligible if they have an active campus email address and password. You can install the software on a personally owned device.

Access after leaving the university

Are you graduating or leaving the univeristy? You will lose access to your Microsoft 365 programs and data. Transfer your data before it gets deleted! If you wish to retain your data before leaving the university, please be sure to back up your data onto a personal cloud storage prior to leaving as to not lose any data. If you need assistance, visit our Help Desk.
