Scheduled Service Maintenance Beginning 11/27
Audiences: Faculty  Staff  Students 

CSUSM will be utilizing the extended holiday weekend to perform a broad range of system maintenance activities that will be highly disruptive to most campus online services. Systems will be offline and unavailable beginning Friday, Nov. 27 at 8 a.m. through Monday, Nov. 30 at 8 a.m.

Programs and systems that will be unavailable include: myCSUSM, Cougar Courses, CougarApps, Biblio (the university’s library website and e-materials), Qualtrics and Adobe Sign.

Access to your web-based Zoom account may be impacted; we recommend trying the Zoom app.

Campus search capabilities on the university website will also be unavailable, and some feeds may be broken. In addition, some features in the CSUSM mobile app will be impacted.

We do not anticipate any service disruptions for Microsoft 365, though we recommend that faculty and staff bookmark for browser access to email. Student email accounts and services on the Google platform will still be accessible and unaffected during the service maintenance.

CSUSM systems will be back online and resume full operation on Monday, Nov. 30 by 8 a.m. Service updates will be posted on the university homepage.
