Microsoft reports that the issues with Outlook on the web have been resolved and the service has resumed normal operations.

Microsoft reports that Outlook on the web is currently experiencing intermittent issues for some users. Microsoft is currently investigating the issue.

IITS is monitoring the situation and will provide updates as appropriate.
