CENIC reports that the issue is RESOLVED.
SCOPE: The CENIC network experienced service outages to residential network providers (Spectrum and Cox) between 2:30am to approximately 8:00am. CENIC reports that service has normalized and is continuing to monitor the network.
CENIC provides networking services throughout California to most public eduction (K-20) institutions.
CENIC, the Internet provider for the campus, is currently investigating reports of reachability issues from residential networks with Spectrum and Cox. CENIC is investigating and CSUSM technical staff are monitoring reports. All CSUSM systems are fully functioning and reacheable from other service providers.
