Microsoft has announced that the Microsoft 365 issues have been resolved and services are returning to expected functionality.

Several Microsoft 365 services are currently experiencing intermittent issues. Possible impacts include being unable to send emails, create/modify calendar meetings, create new Teams chats, and more. 

Microsoft is currently working on mitigating the issue.
