Campus Support & Expectations

For general project support please contact Qualtrics' Support Team directly.

IITS Provided Support:

  • Creating a group for a team or division
  • Transfering projects between accounts in the following situations:
    • The project owner has authorized this move of content in writing directly to the email with notes on what projects(s) need to be moved and who the projects should go to
    • A project owner is no longer associated with campus and their project(s) need to be moved to a supervisor's Qualtrics account

IITS cannot/will not do the following:

  • Share/set projects to collaborate for you to another user and/or group
  • Log in as you to make sure a form is set up correctly
