Microsoft Stream (Classic) to Microsoft SharePoint/OneDrive

Microsoft Stream Classic is being phased out by Microsoft on April 15, 2024 and has been replaced with Microsoft SharePoint/OneDrive. In preparation for the retirement of the Microsoft Stream (Classic) video platform, IITS will begin migrating your content in February 2024. After the migration finishes, you will lose access to Stream (Classic). Review the videos in Microsoft Stream (Classic) so you can validate all your videos have been migrated. Your videos will be searchable on SharePoint or under "Stream Migrated Videos” folder in your OneDrive or SharePoint site. Please check your OneDrive to ensure your videos are accessible and functioning correctly. Additionally, please verify that any previously shared links to Stream (Classic) videos or links on webpages are also working correctly. 

While the links in Canvas will remain active throughout the semester, we recommend changing them as soon as possible to ensure a seamless experience for both you and your students. Microsoft will redirect the links until February 15, 2025.
