Qualtrics is currently admined by two IITS staff members who can access all CSUSM project information. These individuals will not interact with form data unless specifically asked to do so when troubleshooting an issue (email email@example.com for assistance). Effective May 2017, Qualtrics Admins will begin filing a ticket to help track form edits requested and to help track requests. If you requested assistance prior to the May 2017 date, there will unfortunately be no records in the ticketing system.
