Technology Support Services

Technology Support Services (TSS) provides support to all faculty, staff, and students related to technolgy needs in the following areas:  office, classroom, and campus student housing. Whenever possible, our TSS Help Desk technicians will assist you in person, on-line, by phone and/or remote state owned computers (with your permission) to assist you in the quickest way possible.  If we cannot fix your issue over the phone, we will generate a Help Desk ticket and assign it to another member of the IITS staff.
