If you have already set up your security questions, you may be able to reset your password without waiting for our help! Just go to Change Your Password and click on the “Forgot Your Password?” option. You can also come to the Student Tech Help Desk with your campus ID to change your password.
For security purposes, we require you to answer a few personal questions. Read each question carefully to make sure you enter the necessary information.
Once the form has been filled out, the help desk will verfiy your identity, and send you an email with your username, temporary password, and instructions on what do to next.
